Overview of this workshop
The “Building a Post-COVID-19 Recovery & Ag-Foresight Team in Egypt” project kicked off with a Planning Workshop that took place on the 2^nd of February 2021. A Technical Meeting, following on, took place on the 4^th of March 2021 allowing for team introductions and the shaping of the details of the project work plan across its components.

This Closing Workshop presented the output produced under the project. Modelling, analysis, and training activities’ results were discussed and presentations provided a walk-through of the SPatial Agricultural Database for Egypt (SPADE), including both the modeling work that took place in the background as well as the online platform built to host the data in a user-friendly manner. The workshop took place at the Semiramis InterContinental Cairo with simultaneous translation and online livestreaming was also be available.
