Overview
This project assesses the existing anticipatory infrastructure for agriculture-related hazards in the Near East and North Africa (NENA) region and identifies where additional support for anticipatory action could most effectively strengthen resilience in the agricultural sector. It focuses on key components such as early warning systems, triggers, protocols, financing mechanisms, and existing programs like credit and insurance schemes. The project also examines governance and coordination structures at both national and regional levels.
