To help developing countries analyze those effects and promote more evidence-based decision-making, IFPRI, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the IFPRI-led CGIAR Research Program on Policies, Institutions, and Markets (PIM) created the Agricultural Investment Data Analyzer (AIDA) tool.
